From Our Mailbag

... just called to say thank you to you for the honey cake.

She is very grateful.

Dear Lynn, Kate & Beverly,

We just wanted to thank you all for your enormous efforts in preparing for not only the Shabbos services but for numerous services over Rosh Hashannah and Yom Kippur.

We appreciate that there’s so much involved in preparing behind the scenes and it’s very much appreciated.

Please pass on our thanks to the wardens and anyone else involved with this we know it’s been no easy task J on top of your day-to-day roles also!

Thanks again and a happy new year to you all.

Best wishes,

Rabbi Wollenberg & family
May I thank you all for my lovely gift of Honey Cake and may I wish u all a Shana Tova and the hope that we will all have a healthy and happy new year.

... and thank you for the wonderful organisation and efforts to ensure Yom Tov services with great safety.

Hi All,

Just a quick note to thank everybody who helped in the services over Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur it was very well organised and we felt very safe attending the services which although different continued to be rewarding.

Thank you for the honey cake sent from Rabbi Wollenberg and behalf of the team at WFUS.

Whilst writing, may I wish the Rabbi and his family, you and team at WFUS:

“L’shana tovah u’metukah”

May you all be blessed with good health and happiness.

Kindest and warmest regards

She called to wish everyone Shana Tova and to thank you for the beautiful honey cake.

Dear All,

I would just like to say thank you for the little honey cake that was brought round to my house last night.    How very kind - it was such a nice gesture and really cheered me up
and I will enjoy eating it.

I, too, wish you all a very happy and healthy yomtov and well over the Fast and hope things will get back to normal before too long.

Yours very sincerely.

Thank you, and may I say how impressed I’ve been with you and everyone at WFUS during this crisis and for reminding people the importance and relevance of local communities and not to take them for granted.  There are many Shuls, I hear from many others, who have fallen well under par. So whilst you may feel that this isnt the Yom Tov inside shul that it is meant to be, know that you have secured a much longer term legacy through your tremendous efforts that will see a greater return once it is safe to do so. Shana Tov to you, Blima and all the family (and thanks for the Honey Cake we just got home to!!)

“Please thank the Rebbetzin for the honey cake a lovely thought”

Shana Tovah to you and the family. We wish you all a happy, healthy and sweet new year. Thanks for the honey cake it was delicious. Sorry this message is late, we have been away and only got back this afternoon.

Hello everyone

I just wanted to write and say thank you to the Wollenberg family for the honey cake which was delivered last week.   We were so surprised and delighted to receive it – it was lovely to know that although we cannot come to shul, we have not been forgotten.

We wish you all a very Happy and Healthy New Year.

Kind regards

Thank you so much! Shana Tova, wishing you all a good yom tov! To a healthy,  happy,  peaceful New Year filled with good times. Your honey cake was delicious! All the best
